60 minutes, with members of our Tech & Product team
We'll ask you to walk us through a project you worked on in the past that best demonstrates your product management skills. We’re interested in your level of involvement, the business impact it drove, and how you approached the product strategy. We’ll be asking about the trade-offs and decisions you made, how you collaborated with others, especially engineers, and what you’d do differently next time.
Ideally, pick a project that has already been completed so that we can assess your abilities end-to-end. We're also looking for a zero-to-one project: something new you built from scratch, rather than an incremental improvement to an existing product or feature.
Prepare a 15-20 minute presentation to guide us through the project. To support your presentation, you can bring slides to make it easier for interviewers to follow the narrative successfully. This will be followed by a Q&A session with the Isometric team.

This interview compresses a slice of the actual job — picking a problem, building a demo with AI, and pitching it — into a single session.
This is a live build interview. In the session, you'll receive a brief and spend ~45 minutes building a working AI demo, then pitch it to us as if we were a prospective customer.
