60 minutes, with members of our Tech & Product team
We'll ask you to walk us through a project you worked on in the past that best demonstrates your technical product management skills. We’re interested in your level of involvement, the business impact it drove, and how you influenced its strategy. We’ll be asking about the trade-offs and decisions you made, how you collaborated with others, especially engineers, and what you’d do differently next time.
Ideally, pick a project that has already been completed so that we can assess your abilities end-to-end.
Prepare a 15-20 minute presentation to guide us through the project. To support your presentation, you can bring slides to make it easier for interviewers to follow the narrative successfully. This will be followed by a Q&A session with the Isometric team.
75 minutes, with members of our Product & Tech team
This session will gauge your collaboration skills, decision-making process as a product manager, and business acumen. The brainstorm will be based on a specific question/scenario that interviewers will share in real-time. Our aim is to make this session collaborative.
Please familiarize yourself with the Isometric Standard and Isometric Thesis. It would be useful to go through our website and registry.
