15 mins (live call) OR ~5 mins (video submission)
Depending on the role, this stage will either be a brief live call or a short video interview. In both formats, we’re looking to understand your background and how it aligns with what we’re building at Isometric — specifically, the skills and perspectives you bring to the team.
If you're doing a live call, we’ll also ask a few logistical questions to better understand how we can make the process work for you, whilst giving you the chance to ask any questions you have for us.
If you're completing a video interview, you’ll respond to 3 short questions — recorded on your own time, with unlimited retakes — with an opportunity at the end to provide us with any additional information you feel is relevant. It should take ~5 minutes to submit.
30 mins
This is an opportunity for you to highlight your role specific knowledge and interest in the industry. Expect scenario-based and technical questions tailored to the position. It's a two-way evaluation, so come prepared with your own questions as well!
90 mins
We’ll invite you to submit a take-home task similar to the type of work you can expect to be doing at Isometric. The task should take no longer than 90 minutes and you will have up to a week to submit it.
45 mins
You’ll discuss your take-home task with two team members. We’ll spend the time exploring your approach and the decisions you made. Expect feedback and questions and be prepared to elaborate on your thought process and any challenges faced.
30 mins
You’ll meet **Lukas May, Isometric’s Chief Commercial Officer, for a conversation focused on your motivation, strengths and approach to the role. Expect questions that explore your technical understanding as well as how you navigate challenges and work place scenarios relevant to the role.
30 mins
This final interview takes place with Eamon Jubbawy, Isometric’s CEO, and will assess whether you’d thrive in Isometric’s culture, based on your past examples of demonstrating certain professional behaviours.
