Stage 2: Screening Call

15 minute screening call

We’ll briefly discuss your background and explore how that relates to what we’re doing at Isometric. We are specifically looking to find out what gaps your skill set will fill!

We will also ask some logistical questions to get a better idea of how we can make the process work for you. Feel free to ask questions of your own about Isometric or the role itself!

Stage 3: Take-home Task

90 minute take-home task

We’ll review your application from stage 2. If we think you could be a good fit for the role, we’ll invite you to submit a take-home task similar to the type of work you can expect to be doing at Isometric.

The task should take no longer than 90 minutes and you will have up to a week to submit it.

Stage 4: Take-home Task Review

30 minute interview with two team members to discuss your task

During the interview, we'll discuss your take-home task in detail, exploring your approach and decisions made. Expect feedback and questions on specific sections. Prepare to elaborate on your thought process and any challenges faced.

Stage 5: Hiring Manager Call

30 minutes with your hiring manager to discuss the technical aspects of the role

This is an opportunity for you to highlight your role specific knowledge and interest in the industry. Expect scenario-based and technical questions tailored to the position. It's a two-way evaluation, so come prepared with your own questions as well!

Stage 6: Professional Behaviours Interview

30 minute culture interview with our CEO, Eamon Jubbawy

This interview will assess whether the candidate would thrive in Isometric’s culture, based on their past examples of demonstrating certain professional behaviours.
