We want to understand how you solve problems, make decisions, communicate and collaborate. The case study will simulate a scenario you might experience at Isometric which will give you a sense of day-to-day work in this role. Our aim is to make this session collaborative.
The case study will focus on a Direct Air Capture (DAC) supplier. Prepare for the interview by familiarizing yourself with the Isometric Standard and DAC protocol.

60 minutes, with members of our Tech & Growth team. Please note, this interview will not apply for leadership positions.
We want to understand your level of execution on a past project: your involvement, the business impact and how you influenced the project approach and delivery. We’ll ask you about the trade-offs and decisions you made, how you handled measurement and data, how you collaborated with others and what you’d do differently next time.
Prepare a 15-20 minute presentation to guide us though the project. This will be followed by Q&A from the Isometric team.
We use Project Deep Dives across various roles to determine a candidate’s skills in project management, collaboration and decision making.
