Stage 2: Screening Call

15 minute screening call

We’ll briefly discuss your background and explore how that relates to what we’re doing at Isometric. We are specifically looking to find out what gaps your skill set will fill!

We will also ask some logistical questions to get a better idea of how we can make the process work for you. Feel free to ask questions of your own about Isometric or the role itself!

Stage 3: Technical Interview

20 minutes with a team member currently working on the technical aspects of the role

In this interview, we are particularly looking to assess your technical knowledge related to your area of expertise.

Stage 4: Take-home Task

90 minute take-home task

We’ll review your application from stage 3. If we think you could be a good fit for the role, we’ll invite you to submit a take-home task similar to the type of work you can expect to be doing at Isometric.

The task should take no longer than 90 minutes and you will have up to a week to submit it.

Stage 5: Take-home Task Review

75 minute interview with a science team member and someone from product or engineering.

You’ll deliver a 15-minute presentation covering some aspects of your previous work, based on the brief we’ll send you beforehand. The exact content will look different for each candidate, depending on which carbon removal pathways your prior expertise is relevant to.

The aim of this interview is to assess how your knowledge and experience can be applied to the work we do at Isometric.
